Covenant House was established in 1972 and has since been leading the effort in helping homeless youth. This organization provides an array of services to youth aged 14-20 and is designed to help transition into adulthood— free from the risk of future homelessness. Covenant House offers services including educational support/GED preparation/college scholarships, healthcare, mental health services, and drug abuse treatment and prevention programs.

Cambie community centre richmond
The community centre shares facilities with the adjoining HJ Cambie Secondary School providing enhanced resources for both organizations. The centre has access to three gymnasiums, a fitness centre, a dance/group fitness studio, a games room and meeting rooms.
